Our business contracts are available below for the purpose of review before purchase.  These documents are viewable in Microsoft Excel.  It may sound like a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo, but they are imperative to conserve all of our rights as buyers and sellers (and baby kittens).   These contracts are in place to protect: YOU - it guarantees that your kitten will be healthy and free from disease/congenital disorders. KITTEN - it guards the kitten from many unhealthy or unhappy scenarios. SCOTTISH FOLD BREED - it protects the breed's genetic integrity. ME - it covers my bases against unfair lawsuit abuse. If you are considering a pure breed cat purchase, please BEWARE of sellers that do not use a proper sales contract.  It is for your safeguard and your best interest to insist on one.
